The very first call Fred John Schoeffler and Jim / James R Fahrenkopf called me 7-26-26:

this song was playing while making this post: Rockwell - Somebody's Watching Me (Official Music Video) may it enter your mind over and over through the day :) hee hee

and then there is the defamation: let me know the date of this event and I will go look at the body cam index logs --because I have been on the trails over 1,000 times so need a date to cross-reference-

Public statements and the contrast with private calls
The Instagram screenshot shows comments from the er__mar__foundationfire account in 2019.

there are “2 folks who hate GMIHC,”

Showing records is not hate.
Placing contemporaneous personal records alongside the public SAIR and ADOSH materials is a comparison of documents.
It is not a statement of personal animosity.
The released reports identify specific operational items on June 30, 2013, including the absence of formal documents of a named continuous Division Z Supervisor after the assigned individual departed, incomplete positive location tracking after approximately 15:50, and the lack of a contemporaneous formal unit log for that division.
Tex and I- the eyewitness-survivors- who were on the Weaver Mountains that day in same area as the Granite Mountain Hot Shots--- we hold the same standing as any homeowner [wrote made-for-profit books], firefighter(s) [wrote made-for-profit books/film], or member of the public [wrote made-for-profit books/film] to place additional contemporaneous records next to those findings.
The only thing is we speak and type freely-- no books or movies, ever.
The comparison allows the documents to speak for themselves.
The comparison is factual actions; not hate, for the record.
Also, what Jim did on September 11 and 12th, 2026 with the public sexual commentary and public ridicule...it does not require a finding that any individual acted from trauma related to the September 11 attacks, yet it was noted his manners happened then. Personal loss does not convert an inaccurate public statement into an accurate one. Okay.
The released investigation reports address the operational timeline and Division Z supervision gap.
The public SAIR and ADOSH materials remain available for review by any homeowner, firefighter, or member of the public.
Protecting a narrative that omits the documented supervision gap, location-tracking gap, and unit-log gap and etc. does not remove those findings from the released reports.
I, Joy A. Collura, who was present that day and who has maintained contemporaneous records may place those records alongside the official packages.
The comparison is open.

The operational record of June 30, 2013, including the documented gaps, remains part of the public materials.
The SAIR and ADOSH materials identify specific command-and-control items that occurred before the wind shift, including the absence of a named continuous Division Z Supervisor after Marquez departed, incomplete positive location tracking of resources on the southwest perimeter after approximately 15:50, and the lack of a contemporaneous formal full unit log for that division. Those items are part of the published findings.
Homeowners who lost structures, firefighters who were on the incident, and the broader public who rely on the same agencies all stand in a position to ask whether the forms that normally document who was assigned where, when a role transferred, and what the status of resources was at each hour were completed and retained. The public reports note the gaps; they do not supply a formal handoff document that fills them.
That is the current state of the released record.
Burden of proof and process
The standard process for a Division Supervisor assignment uses resource orders, ICS 211 check-in, ICS 204 assignment lists, and ICS 214 activity logs.
A formal transfer of the role is normally recorded in the activity log or by radio confirmation with Operations.
When those documents are absent for a portion of the operational period, the published finding is the absence itself. Public statements that assign a specific individual as having assumed the role (for example, that Frisby held Division Z continuously after Marquez left) are professional opinions unless the corresponding radio log, activity log entry, or reassignment order is produced. The burden of proof for such a statement rests with the person making it. The released SAIR and ADOSH packages contain the resource-order and planning sections that exist; they also document the supervision gap. Anyone reviewing the record can compare a claim against those packages. That comparison is available to a lay person without requiring specialized fire knowledge.

![“Command-and-control deficiency requiring reassignment?” refers to the question of why the absence of a named Division Z Supervisor in the formal record keeping, vs. allowing the public to "guess", [Fred feels it was Frisby then another but I want the record that shows that], after Marquez left the area, was not treated as an immediate command-and-control issue that required reassignment or an on-scene replacement before resources were shifted to structure protection. This always confused me and Fred John Schoeffler's stating how he perceived it does not satisfy me- I want the records. The figure walking the desert path under the setting sun is a visual stand-in for that unresolved gap in the public SAIR and ADOSH materials and my record keeping files. The desert setting is stylistic and consistent with the other scenes. The image does not depict any specific person.Interview topics](https://static.wixstatic.com/media/dfd594_946610a1d6ce4547ba061ca7fc6e34f8~mv2.png/v1/fill/w_980,h_609,al_c,q_90,usm_0.66_1.00_0.01,enc_avif,quality_auto/dfd594_946610a1d6ce4547ba061ca7fc6e34f8~mv2.png)
Interview topics — Notes and meetings

“Notes prepared while occurrences were still fresh” refers to Marquez’s statement that he prepared contemporaneous notes of the day’s events the following day, while the occurrences were still fresh in his mind. He further stated that the Serious Accident Investigation Team did not require those notes to be turned over,
and that he brought the notes to the ADOSH interview. The figure walking the desert path with a map and field notes is a visual stand-in for that portion of the interview record. The desert setting is stylistic and consistent with the other scenes. The image does not depict any specific person.

“Meeting for road access information” refers to Marquez’s statement that he and Cougan Carouthers met Gary Cordes of the structure protection group at the grocery store / gas station in Yarnell to obtain road-access directions, including the reference to the homemade “Sesame Street” sign. The figure walking toward the desert stop is a visual stand-in for that portion of the interview record. The desert setting is stylistic and consistent with the other scenes. The image does not depict any specific person or location.

“Full suppression — anchor, flank, and pinch” refers to Marquez’s stated understanding of the overall strategy at the time of his briefing: full suppression using the standard tactics of establishing an anchor point, flanking the fire, and pinching the lines together. The figure standing on the ridge at sunrise is a visual stand-in for that portion of the interview record. The desert setting and cross are stylistic elements consistent with the other scenes. The image does not depict any specific person.

05:30–07:00 — Marquez receives and accepts the Division Supervisor order. Fire approximately 200–500 acres. Full suppression strategy: anchor, flank, and pinch.
07:00–10:00 — Morning briefing. Type 2 IMT assumes command (~10:22). Granite Mountain assigned to southwest perimeter (Division Alpha) under Eric Marsh. Blue Ridge arrives and scouts. Fire continues northeast growth.
10:30 — Marquez arrives at ICP. Briefed by Paul Musser and Todd Abel. Designated Division Zulu with no resources initially assigned. Orders: tie in with Division Alpha, locate anchor point and division break, identify resource needs.
11:00–12:30 — Marquez and Coogan Caruthers leave as scouting mission. Meet Gary Cordes in Yarnell for road access. Concurrently, Frisby and Trueheart Brown meet Marsh and Steed near the anchor point (~11:53–12:25).
12:30–14:00 — Marquez reports to Musser that the anchor-and-flank plan is not achievable and returns toward ICP; he does not return to the line. Division Z left without a named continuous supervisor. Blue Ridge continues on the lower perimeter. Structure protection groups organize. Fire remains primarily northeast-spreading.
14:00–15:30 — Weather update (~14:02) noting potential thunderstorm activity. Granite Mountain remains on the ridge in or near the black. No formal Division Z Supervisor documented on the southwest perimeter.
15:30–16:30 — Outflow boundary arrives. Wind shifts southeast with strong gusts. Fire behavior increases and head turns toward Yarnell. Resources shift to structure protection and evacuation. Granite Mountain known to be in the black; later leave that location (exact time after ~16:04 not fully documented). Frisby picks up McDonough.
16:30–17:30 — Granite Mountain deploys shelters (~16:42). Frisby and Brown participate in ground search attempts but are turned back. No continuous Division Z Supervisor present on the southwest perimeter.
Operations, tactics, and strategies (simplified)
Wildland fire tactics follow anchor, flank, and pinch under a full-suppression strategy. LCES is the standard safety system. Division Supervisors are responsible for resources and location awareness on their assigned ground. The published record shows the Division Z position left without a formally named continuous supervisor after Marquez departed, while Division Alpha (Granite Mountain) remained on the ridge. The SAIR and ADOSH materials note this supervision gap as a finding.
Why weather receives primary emphasis in public summaries
The SAIR and many secondary accounts identify the thunderstorm outflow and resulting wind shift as the primary driver of the rapid change in fire direction and intensity. That event is documented in NWS data, satellite imagery, and witness accounts. The same reports also list human-factor findings, including the absence of a continuous Division Z Supervisor, incomplete location tracking after the wind shift, radio communication issues, and lack of a completed medical plan or formal unit log for Division Z. The public materials contain both the weather record and the command-and-control gaps.

recap of areas I feel SAIT SAIR and ADOSH failed me as the YHF13 eyewitness survivor hiker for this timeframe on 6-30-13:

Each item is framed as a question that could have been put to Marquez, Operations, or the Serious Accident Investigation Team, or as a record that could have been required and preserved.
What was the exact time Marquez left the Division Z area of operations on June 30, 2013,
and what was the last radio transmission confirming he was still on scene?
Who formally assumed the Division Z Supervisor role after Marquez departed,
and where is the documented handoff or reassignment order?
Was a written or radio confirmation obtained from Operations that Division Z supervision had transferred to a named individual before Marquez left the line?
What resources remained assigned to Division Z after Marquez’s departure,
and who was responsible for their location tracking?
Did Operations require a positive location report from Division Z resources after the approximately 1550 wind shift?
What was the last confirmed location of the Granite Mountain crew relative to the Division A / Division Z break before they left the black?
Was Marquez asked to confirm, by radio, that he had established a division break and anchor point with Eric Marsh before he left the area?
What specific resource needs for the next operational period did Marquez report back to Operations,
and when was that report made?
Did the Serious Accident Investigation Team obtain and preserve Marquez’s contemporaneous notes (the non-official unit log he prepared the following day)? Where are they stored? Not at the Archives library when I went through everything.
Why was the typed unit log not signed until September 26, 2013, two days before the SAIR release?
Was a formal unit log in the official format ever completed and submitted for Division Z?
What radio logs or transcripts document Marquez’s communications with Division Alpha, Operations,
and the structure protection group between 1130 and his departure?
Who was the named supervisor of Division Z during the period Granite Mountain left the black and moved south?
Did Operations confirm LCES status for resources remaining in Division Z after the wind shift?
What was the span of control for Division Z once Marquez left, and was that span documented?
Was Caruthers (Strike Team Leader Trainee) given any supervisory authority or reporting responsibility after Marquez departed?
Did the investigation require production of the radio clone logs or frequency list that Marquez and Caruthers used?
What briefing materials (maps, weather, LCES) were actually provided to Marquez at the 1030 check-in, and were copies retained?
Was a medical plan or evacuation plan for Division Z resources documented and briefed before Marquez left the ICP?
What was the last radio contact between Marquez and Eric Marsh regarding the division break or crew location?
Did Operations require a status check from Division Z after Blue Ridge was pulled back toward Yarnell?
Where is the record of who, if anyone, was assigned to maintain lookout or location awareness for resources on the southwest perimeter after Marquez left?
Was Marquez asked to identify the specific trigger points or safety zones he established or confirmed for Division Z resources?
What documentation exists of the meeting between Marquez, Caruthers, and Gary Cordes at the grocery store / gas station in Yarnell?
Did the investigation obtain the maps or iPhone PDF files Marquez stated he carried, and were they compared to the operational maps used by Operations?
Why was no Division Supervisor present for the southwest perimeter during the period the fire shifted southeast toward Yarnell?
Was a formal reassignment or demobilization order issued for the Division Z Supervisor position, and where is that order?
What radio traffic exists between Operations and Division Z resources between 1500 and 1645 that confirms continued supervision?
Did SAIT or ADOSH require a written statement from the individual who was expected to assume Division Z duties after Marquez left?
Was the absence of a Division Z Supervisor after Marquez’s departure listed as a contributing factor in the SAIR or ADOSH findings?
What records show the location of Caruthers after Marquez left the line, and was Caruthers interviewed about the supervision gap?
Did Operations conduct a roll-call or accountability check for Division Z resources after the wind shift and before the deployment?
Was the non-official unit log Marquez prepared on July 1 or July 2 ever compared side-by-side with radio logs and the later signed version?
What specific action, if any, was taken by Operations or the IMT when it became known that Division Z had no assigned supervisor during ongoing suppression operations on the afternoon of June 30?
These 34 items are limited to the supervision, handoff, and location-tracking gaps that appear in the public interview record and the SAIR/ADOSH materials.
They can be used as a checklist against the existing reports
These topics and the five questions above are limited to the content of the recording and the supervision gap already documented in the public reports.
I hope some day Rance shows publicly the schematic timeline of his day 6 30 13--- I have always been interested in this person Rance and Cougan based on a neighboring observer of Cougan who ran into me cleaning weeds off the cemetery area and that testimony Cougan's neighbor shared to me.

Adding more records to the front:
Attempted addition to Part One on 10-15-26 did not succeed; the following is therefore placed here.
This is not the first documentation of related material; a version of the personal-boundary statement appeared on the blog log years earlier.
Video Project 2.mp4 (≈43 seconds) contains a statement of personal boundaries.
The speaker states she will not direct others on how to live their lives (“you can either grow up, glow up, blow up… It’s your decision, it’s your life”).
She states her own intention is to remain in peace and remove negativity.
She states she will not engage with certain people or situations, including any calling or discussion of the type described as occurring behind her back, which she characterizes as “stupid, dumb.” She states there will be a long pause because there is zero interest.
Related record of communications and public materials, dated:
Six telephone calls occurred with Jim Fahrenkopf.
On 7-26-26, statements made by Jim Fahrenkopf indicated he knew “nothing” about the hikers and referred to the speaker as “Jill” rather than Joy.
Jim Fahrenkopf stated that he had vetted EMF prior to joining in November 2025.
Names of the Yarnell eyewitness hiker/survivor appear in the SAIR and ADOSH reports. The same names return in Google search results across multiple external technology platforms outside the speaker’s own sites.
The speaker has documented, in prior calls, that she is in a weakened physical state. The speaker has also stated that she follows God’s leading for her life and that family and friends have expressed surprise that she has not previously released the full record, because that approach is more consistent with her usual ol' style. She has attributed the restraint to following God’s voice and His atonement for her life.
The speaker has stated, using Jim's phrase “HARD STOP,” that she proceeds with receipts. The receipts referenced show prior wildland-fire knowledge on her part not what Jim claimed to be a factual claim. One post shows a life that included smiles until the period of activity associated with the individual who came from EMF like Jim did and why one must ask- why did he do that?
In my records request I wanted answers---but usually ignored.
The clip opens with a 3D terrain/flyover view of the mountainous landscape (consistent with the Weaver Mountains / Yarnell Hill area). Smoke and atmospheric haze are visible across the ridges. On-screen text annotations appear, including “Hotshot crew moves west,” later “Glen Ilah subdivision,” and “Hotshot crew trapped” with a white circle marking a location. A large red question mark is drawn over the left portion of the terrain in the early frames by me because why did I get this in a PRR return yet redact other areas. ???????????? What is this???
The media-player interface is visible throughout the opening segment. A red circle highlights the label “ASF0000414 INV (1)” in the lower-left area of the player controls (near the timeline showing roughly 0:00:08 / 0:00:26).
The video then transitions to a ground-level time-lapse sequence. On-screen text credits “Time-lapse images by Matt Oss, an Arizona photographer” and displays timestamps advancing from 4:29 p.m. to 4:47 p.m. on Sunday, June 30.
The frames show desert scrub in the foreground, ridges in the midground, and a large smoke column developing and expanding, with visible flames cresting the ridge in later frames (around 4:41–4:42 p.m. onward).
The screenshot is a still of the same media player, emphasizing the terrain view with the “Hotshot crew moves west” annotation and the red-circled “ASF0000414 INV (1)” label.
the following were also attempted to add to part one but failed- so placing it here:

The Matt Oss time-lapse portion is well-documented and publicly available:
Original/primary YouTube upload by Matt Oss: Yarnell Hill Fire from Congress, AZ (time-lapse shot on 6/30/13; described as starting ~4:30 p.m. and ending ~4:50 p.m.; viewed from the south off Highway 89).
Related/courtesy upload: Yarnell Hill Wildfire Time Lapse - Courtesy of Matt Oss (notes professional photographer Matt Oss took pictures from the Congress side of the ridge roughly 4:33–4:49 p.m. on June 30; standing at approximately 34.187939, -112.827909; photos released as part of SAIT materials).
Contemporary news coverage: Mashable (“Arizona Wildfire Spreads in Haunting Time-Lapse Video”), HuffPost, Fire Critic, and others from July 1, 2013, describing the same 17-second time-lapse of the fire cresting the mountain, credited to Matt Oss / mattossphotography.com / Twitter mattoss21.
The Yarnell Hill Fire Serious Accident Investigation Report (SAIT) explicitly references a professional photographer’s series of time-lapse images from near Congress that compressed roughly 20 minutes into a short video and includes Figure 19 (“Fire cresting the ridge top as seen near Congress, Arizona. Image courtesy of Matt Oss Photography”). Full report text is available via Internet Archive: https://archive.org/details/800042-yarnell-hill-serious-accident-investigation-report. DocumentCloud and other mirrors also host it. So if they logged Oss then why is ASF0000414 missing from any online deep search???
