Help me "enforce" an audit on the Yarnell Hill Fire 2013 Permanent Records.

Updated: Aug 9, 2023

My Declaration.

I, Joy A Collura, own the most extensive voluminous

Yarnell Hill Fire 2013 records, interviews, testimonies and yet right now crucial records are missing from the archived areas one would store the PUBLIC RECORDS--- where are the records? They are missing. Cleverly I noted that they did store non important dates of files just crucial ones are missing. For example, the stored non important dates of Incident Action Plans and Maps but missing crucial dates.

I can firmly state...

I am the only person who owns the most extensive voluminous records, testimonies and interviews.

Maybe I should open my own...

Yarnell Hill Fire 2013 Preserving Arizona Archival Museum here in Congress

to lead to a proper assessment / conclusion

that focuses to all of us

not just the Granite Mountain Hotshots

but all of us who are/were affected.

If I did, I would buy the current Congress Fire Station - preserve that and let them buy a new setup since Wickenburg gets a new one.

Anyways, I can state firmly the proper Delegation of Authority should start doing a formal audit on DFFM Yarnell Fire 2013

which are deemed permanent records;

crucial files are missing at the delegated storage location Arizona State Archives (LAPR).

We were first people to open these boxes and we are the first people to see the seal broken on boxes

and these were in temporary storage not yet processed

so the missing items happened at DFFM

because LAPR picked up sealed boxes and we saw them sealed for the record.
