Back to focus to genealogy-
I saw that a certain recent post switched to my name when it is not my post---
either it was a hack or ????
all roles removed was suggested for me to do
until I learn what happened.
Taking a break from PC but this is the post I am currently working on...
this is a "live" ongoing filling in the data type post---
when completed I will place date/time and type "Completed" at the bottom of the page.
this is not my post- https://www.yarnellhillfirerevelations.com/post/fred-john-schoeffler-also-has-six-trademark-rights-to-granite-mountain-hotshots-name-tied-to-his
one man texted another - then they conference called me - and I said I want zero involvement.
The documents were to be placed out under the other name ... all I did is leave my final reply after my talk with my Trademark lawyer in comment section only.
I truly am uninterested in any external areas.
If one switched it...it is switched back to the way it was originally...
I just want to focus back to genealogy---and be left alone.
I am going to cut off 3 inches of my hair tonight...sorry JG...just split ends...soft giggles.
I am only focused to my exercises and time to time visit DJ/AK,MM/JH...DH...
back to touch base ever so with the rest of everyone...
see my family...laying low.
I did all my initial attack data for the Palisades Fire--
my apologies for all surrounding fires that were impacted as well...
you all are in my prayers.
It gets old, the hacks..like recently someone wrote someone in Georgia/NY as me...???
for the flying monkeys, I see you all in the algorithms...if you came to see how I am...
I spend my time minding my own business...ok...so move along...uninterested.

Staten Island:

my father worked and helped in the construction of the Twin Towers

and after the Twin Towers was built, his entire family and ours moved to Arizona, and he helped build what is now the tallest building in Arizona- the Chase bank.

where we saw Star Wars - Cine Capri- 1977 at age "almost" 5 (7-1): https://youtu.be/07Zk6yRmstE?feature=shared

areas we went as a family-

https://youtu.be/F73EcycGCO8?feature=shared Stevie Ray Vaughn played October 1989 AZ State Fair- played Crossfire...I have heard that song on the Weaver Mountains and Scottie Ernest Briggs and Jared Welsh witnessed something important there.

then soon after I moved to NJ - https://youtu.be/eGLJxGYgrmY?feature=shared at this time I hung out with these church pals and JEH:

I grew up in image below - that house, until 4th grade - near Constitution Elementary

then we went to my mother's sister's - Aunt Eydie: Toms River, NJ...
then my grandparents and father came to NJ explaining how much they miss me when we lived here:
my walk used to go through the forest: my treehouse I built was there near the school...
my other walking routes to school:
then my grandparents and father came to NJ explaining how much they miss me...
and I decided to take a greyhound bus and move in with them in 1984- Metro Mall area:
spent most my time outdoors here doing cheer stunts, dance routines, goofing off sometimes with my cousin but she was an indoor gal - she loved tv- Highway to Heaven, Little House on the Prairie, Touched by an Angel..I was not a tv person at this phase.. I loved being outside because the sun naturally took my reddish brown hair and lightened it with lemon water and the sun to many hues blonde---if I was not here---I was at both my Grand Uncle and Aunt's home or my Uncle and Aunt over off Bell Rd. in their pool or at church- backyard down below that I mention above: https://www.wesdschools.org/ch my junior high school:
1986-1990 during my teen years I made through IRS $3756 but I also babysat locally and did not claim that because it was not a W2 job, and I made $9,241 from age 11-18 (1982-1990).
I also was a Foreign Language Tutor (German- took many years
of the class probably because I enjoyed Mr. Feller at Moon Valley High School). I tutored a very wealthy billionaire's kid from Scottsdale and even had a lemonade stand and taught his kid business and we all went to the Cine Capri and Town & Country drinking our Perriers and popcorn every weekend and I was paid very well for my age and what my role was in 1987-89 as he considered it babysitting and did not require a W2. $9, 314. I was there 5 days a week. He was a very serious man who was focused to his money and businesses. He was stuffy in personality, and I was quiet and mindful and appreciative to have the position. He said he picked me because I knew how to be quiet and when to speak and how to speak. He liked my integrity, as well as I helped his son play but have a serious side to learn and teach. He liked that a lot. I took that work based on my father's poorly thought-out living arrangements and poor decision good looking girlfriend choices- one was Stallone's ex...he was the working type then bar scene type...

when he got older, he was a casino type and no work due to his health. My father won a vehicle at the casino and due to his DUIs he had the insurance and title in his name and his mother's. He told me it would one day be mine. I told him it would one day be his mother's and then I am sure Karen would nab it after Mama passed on. That was his cousin. That is how it went too. My grandmother pulled me aside and told me her will and now with Sammy gone and all her children gone- she was splitting that home in image up above by Turf Paradise between Bill, my other brother and me and the other estate would be split between all the grandkids. I was like okay...It did not happen that way. Actually, one of my brothers never got a dime. And looking up how much the property sold for- we never saw that...so something switched ???...it is all gravy....I really enjoyed all the folks God placed on my path...Either way, that billionaire with his Rolex watches was a highlight to my teen years and one of my first W-2 jobs I took was because it was convenient, and my dad loved Star Trek and movies, so I worked the concession stand at Metro Mall- AMC 6 so him and I could watch free movies.

then I moved in 1989 back with my mother: where she lived and my brothers and Frank:

In 1990-91, when I was at college and working- Kaja Whitehouse (we worked to together in NJ)
image from: https://www.yarnellhillfirerevelations.com/post/2019/12/22/part-4-of-5-underneath-every-simple-obvious-story-about-human-error-there-is-a-deeper and this post tells more about me too. on a few occasions we went to a few different events- mall, dance, etc and sleepovers--- funny to see she is a big-time editor, but we lost track over time...--- At that time, my mother gave my vehicle to my brother's fiancée and I was working so I needed it. I came back from a run to see my vehicle gone. ???
see how my hair is odd--- it is dark but if I am in the sun for a long amount of time- it quickly goes blonde---

A guy at work said if I was his gfriend before he went to Afghanistan War and do a high scale military ball that he would take me to and from work since Kaja and me and him all worked together - It was ok but then my other brother played cards with him and my brother was like you have to be around him more because I am winning...sigh...I said no I am too straight forward and the ball was done and he was leaving- bummed, my brother for he was raking in the wins...so I started hanging out with local guy- Todd and his little brother playing Monopoly and Mikey and his little brother playing Monopoly after my work. Also, one of my co-workers friend's brother we worked out and hung out. Summer 1991. I also knew a millionaire (MP) in Manhattan NY who asked me to live in a skyscraper and would fly in a designer and I would never have to want for anything...total pamper lifestyle...I dealt with crappy health since preteen, so I was not a party type gal wearing fancy gowns...but I did love his cars...it reminded me of the AZ billionaire I worked for as a teen who had a fancy car with driver get me for work. The Manhattan man was a good man. He wanted me to go to work functions was all. Fancy dinners and go on boats. I just knew it was not what I wanted---I craved the lazy ways of "Legend City" and "Rawhide" and my desert walks...and my times with my pops in Congress, AZ...I prefer bicycling in AZ over NJ too...I was an endurance bicyclist then...I wanted to get back to Arizona over Manhattan, NY for my adult lifestyle. I enjoyed hanging with Kaja but I knew then she would become big city girl doing big things and it seems like she is and I was wanting to get back to AZ...this is her: https://www.linkedin.com/in/kaja-whitehouse-4764664 then I moved to AZ with my bestie who if you see home on the right- scroll up above next to my mom's home- he was best friends with SM and they rode dirt bikes https://youtu.be/gpxzJeDPh1k?feature=shared in Englishtown in the 70's- enduro racing...https://youtu.be/jzz-i8h4g54?feature=shared I known him from there visiting since 1988, but we began talking and hanging out exclusive in 1991 and dating by Fall 91' - we hung out at the shore every weekend: went for the cheese steaks and pizza and we played "Mad Dog"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=43g3aniD2Yc ...

and Feb 1992 we moved to Arizona with no jobs and UPS all are stuff to an apartment complex. He got a job right when we arrived, and I did soon after ...working for the UHAUL executive office as a secretary and I did bookkeep for a grocery store and fill-in on others' vacations like bakery or deli or customer service. This was our first place we moved to - Chandler AZ-

other Jersey home:

We saved our monies to get a new truck and trade in our car first and a motorcycle for John to ride with his family and friends. The 90's was all about clubbing and Mill Avenue in Tempe Arizona...about 95' I met a very wealthy person who said when he passes on, I should be wealthier than Oprah because I am to inherit his empire...with GTO cars and all this lingo...In April 2010 we were going to go where he was--- the Andrew Sister in Vegas...but I learned he had told a pretty hard lie that he told personally and professionally and I always felt what if I said something to George Strait...so sadly, I closed that friendship because when we met in 1995 he always told me he would treat me like a princess and I really enjoyed when many of my neighbors and him- and John's family- we went out like a very large group to dinner/events- it was really cool to be out as a large group. I networked with Government folks, elites, mafia affiliated kind (SB-AP,NJ), and A-list celebs 1993-2011. I learned a lot. It actually prepared me for the Yarnell Hill Fire 2013 aftermath. I know it has been the oddest path--- one moment in my teens I am living amongst the homeless and poor poor area of downtown in Phoenix areas so how cool that billionaire overlooked my situation and saw me for me...not where one of my parents placed me...you can look here at my work history income-https://www.yarnellhillfirerevelations.com/post/what-are-the-un-truths-you-are-being-led-to-believe-about-the-yarnell-hill-fire I never been in this life to make a buck but God has always shown me both the well to do --to the homeless / poor and as you see on that link I have enjoyed my life as a housewife relying on God and I am thankful too. I really appreciate all God has shown me. The good, the bad, and the ugly. Any moment I decided not to listen--- God gave me free will is what I learned...In 1993 we looked at model homes in Gilbert, Arizona. I liked Chandler's taxes over Gilbert's...plus I like to just be chill and if I lived in Gilbert I would feel obligated to dress up more...I am more get a home that if I worked or not---we could do...so we decided to buy in Chandler: (1992-2005)...then we have been where we are now 2005-present...that is my history...my first set of dishes-

I use to have such healthy hair---

When I lost significant men like my grandpas to my life- God showed me Jack and Tex and I am thankful. I am also thankful for the educational journey on fire Dr Ted Putnam, Charlie "Moses" Moseley and Fred John Schoeffler showed me too. Sonny is the best. We appreciate the desert life.

Grok 3 suggestions: Search Italian Civil Records
Why: In Italy, civil registration (registri di stato civile) began in 1866, after Italian unification, but Caltabellotta, in Agrigento, Sicily, would have records for births, marriages, and deaths from that year onward. For Pellegrino’s birth (1836) and early life, you’ll need church (parish) records, as civil registration wasn’t yet in place.
Action:
Civil Records (Post-1866): Check online platforms like Antenati (Portale Antenati, free, managed by the Italian State Archives) for Caltabellotta’s civil records from 1866–1894 (his death period). Look for his marriage record (likely pre-1894) or death record (after 1894, if available). Search for “Pellegrino Spinello” in Agrigento, Caltabellotta, under births (for children), marriages, or deaths.
Note: You may need to navigate in Italian, but Antenati often includes English instructions. Focus on 1866–1894 for his marriage or death, and check for children born after 1866 (your 2nd great-grandparents).
Quick Search: If you have internet access, go to Antenati.san.beniculturali.it, select “Archivio di Stato di Agrigento,” and browse Caltabellotta’s records. Look for indexes or alphabetical lists under “Nati” (births), “Matrimoni” (marriages), or “Morti” (deaths). If time is tight, note the years to search later (e.g., 1866–1894).
If no online access, note that Caltabellotta’s records might be available at the State Archive of Agrigento or local parish offices, but you’d need to plan a physical visit or hire a researcher. Explore Church (Parish) Records for His Birth and Early Life (8 Minutes)
Why: For Pellegrino’s 1836 birth (before 1866), you’ll need Catholic parish records from Caltabellotta, as Sicily’s population was predominantly Catholic, and churches maintained baptism, marriage, and death records. These are critical for pre-1866 events.
Action:
Search FamilySearch.org (free with registration) for Caltabellotta, Agrigento, Sicily, parish records. Look under “Italy, Agrigento, Diocesi di Agrigento, Catholic Church Records, 1560–1950” or similar collections. Focus on baptismal records for December 4, 1836, under “Pellegrino Spinello.”
Note: These records are often in Latin or Italian, listing parents’ names, godparents, and sometimes occupations or residences. Look for his parents (your 4th great-grandparents) and any siblings.
If you find his baptism record, note his parents’ names (e.g., father’s name, mother’s maiden name) and any witnesses for further research. If no online records, note that you’ll need to contact the parish (Chiesa di San Pellegrino, Caltabellotta) or the Diocesan Archive of Agrigento for physical records.
If time runs out, jot down the collection name and years to search later.Action:
Using Antenati or FamilySearch, search for marriage records in Caltabellotta, 1850s–1890s (common marriage age for men born in 1836 would be 20–40, so 1856–1876). Look for “Pellegrino Spinello” under “Matrimoni,” noting his spouse’s name and parents’ names.
Then, search for births of his children (1866–1894 in civil records, earlier in parish records) under “Nati,” focusing on children born in the 1860s–1880s (your 2nd great-grandparents, likely born 1860–1880). Look for names like Spinello in Caltabellotta, Agrigento.
If you find a spouse or child, note their names and birth dates for tracing their lines. If no records appear, note potential next steps (e.g., hiring a researcher in Sicily). Why: DNA testing or family stories can confirm Pellegrino’s lineage and connect you to Italian cousins.
Action:
If you’ve used DNA testing (e.g., AncestryDNA, 23andMe), check for matches with Sicilian or Agrigento surnames (e.g., Spinello) or locations (Caltabellotta). Look for cousins who might share records or stories about Pellegrino.
Ask family members if they recognize Pellegrino or have documents (e.g., letters, photos) mentioning him or his descendants. Note any leads for follow-up.

Circa 1826:
Charles H. Hoffman was born in Prussia, Germany. The exact date is uncertain, with records suggesting a birth year around 1825–1826. The Philadelphia death certificate (Image 6) lists him as 75 years old at death in 1900, pointing to a birth year of approximately 1825, while the family tree (Image 4) estimates 1826.
Before 1854:
Charles immigrated to the United States. This is inferred from the birth of his first recorded child, Patrick, in 1854 (Image 4), presumably born in the U.S., indicating Charles’s presence in the country by that time.
1854–1874:
Charles married Catherine Conner (born 1832) and had several children, as documented in the Collura Family Tree (Image 4):
Patrick (born 1854)
William (born 1858)
Mary C. (born 1860, died 1932)
Katie "Kittie" (born 1873, died 1931)
Annie (born 1874)
This period reflects Charles establishing a family, likely in the U.S., though specific locations are not detailed in early records.
Circa 1862–1863:
Charles may have married Elizabeth Shilling (1828–1910) and had additional children (Image 4):
August (born 1863)
Ama (born 1865)
These birth years suggest a second marriage or overlapping relationships, though the exact timing is unclear.
December 1862 – July 1863:
A Charles Hofmann enlisted in the Civil War in Buffalo, New York, on December 1, 1862, at age 35 (born circa 1828), serving as a teacher in the 12th Cavalry, Company E, New York State Volunteers (Image 2). He was mustered in on January 6, 1863, and served briefly until July 1863. Described as single, born in Germany, with brown eyes, dark hair, and a height of 5’7”, this record aligns closely with our Charles’s profile, though the "single" status conflicts with earlier children unless it’s an error or reflects a specific circumstance (e.g., separation).
1863:
The Pennsylvania Septennial Census for Philadelphia, Ward 4 (Image 9), lists a Chas Hoffman, age 38 (born circa 1825), working as a mariner, living with Sarah Hoffman (age 36) and children including Frances (age 10). This matches Charles’s approximate birth year and later Philadelphia connection. Sarah could be an unlisted spouse or a variant name for Catherine, Elizabeth, or another wife, given the unnamed spouse with a child “E” (born 1862) in the family tree (Image 4).
Before 1876:
Charles married Mary Eliza Bloomer (1838–1876) and had children (Image 4):
Mary C. (born 1860, died 1932) – possibly the same Mary C. listed with Catherine Conner
Benjamin G. (born 1863, died 1945)
Sarah Emma (born 1866, died 1946)
Mary Eliza’s death in 1876 marks the end of this marriage, potentially prompting a subsequent union.
By 1880:
The 1880 U.S. Census (Image 0) records Charles Hoffen (likely a misspelling of Hoffman) in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio, as a brick mason, age 58 (born circa 1822), married to Lena (age 48, born circa 1832 in Bavaria). Their children are:
Henry (born circa 1862)
Anna (born circa 1869)
Katie (born circa 1872)
All children were born in Ohio, with Charles from Prussia and Lena from Bavaria. Lena may be a new spouse after Mary Eliza’s death, or a variant of Elizabeth Shilling (born 1828), though ages align imperfectly. Henry and Anna might correspond to August and Ama from the family tree, with name variations.
Before 1900:
Charles relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is inferred from his death record in Philadelphia (Image 6), though the exact timing of the move from Ohio is unspecified.
March 17, 1900:
Charles Hoffman died in Philadelphia at age 75 (Image 6 & 7), consistent with a birth year of circa 1825. He passed away at Philadelphia Hospital, Ward 27, and was buried on March 21, 1900, via the Anatomical Board. His marital status is listed as married, though the spouse at death is not named.
Notes on Discrepancies
Spouses: Records show Catherine Conner, Elizabeth Shilling, Mary Eliza Bloomer, Lena (1880 census), and Sarah (1863 census) as potential spouses. These could reflect multiple marriages, name variations, or record errors.
Occupations: Charles is listed as a teacher (1863 muster roll), mariner (1863 census), and brick mason (1880 census), suggesting career changes or misrecordings.
Locations: His life spans Germany, New York (1863), Philadelphia (1863 and 1900), and Ohio (1880), indicating significant mobility.
Birth Year: Estimates range from 1822 (1880 census) to 1828 (1863 muster roll), with 1825–1826 being most consistent across death and family tree records.
This timeline assumes these records pertain to the same Charles H. Hoffman, born circa 1826 in Germany and died 1900 in Philadelphia, reconciling discrepancies as best as possible with the available data. Additional records could refine the details further.

Circa 1826: Born in Germany (Prussia)
Charles H. Hoffman was born around 1826 in Germany, likely Prussia, as inferred from the family tree and death certificate, which suggest a birth year of approximately 1825–1826 based on his age at death (75 in 1900).
Sources: Family Tree (Image 4), Death Certificate (Images 6, 7)
Before 1860: Immigrated to the United States
Charles immigrated to the U.S. sometime before 1860, as he appears in the 1860 census index for Ohio. The exact date is not specified in the records.

December 1, 1862: Enlisted in the Union Army in Buffalo, New York
At age 33, Charles enlisted as a private in the 12th Cavalry, Company E, in Buffalo, New York. He was described as a teacher with brown eyes, dark hair, dark complexion, and a height of 5 feet 7 inches. His enlistment was for three years.
Source: Muster Roll Abstract (Image 2)
1863: Served in the Civil War
Charles served in the Civil War with the 12th Cavalry. The exact duration and discharge date are not specified in the muster roll abstract, but his service likely continued into 1863.
Source: Muster Roll Abstract (Image 2)
1880: Lived in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio
By 1880, Charles resided in Hamilton, Butler County, Ohio, with his wife Leanna (age 46) and daughters Mary (age 17) and Katie (age 13). He worked as a bricklayer and was listed as 45 years old, suggesting a birth year around 1835. He was noted as "Sick Wounded," possibly from his Civil War service. His birthplace, and that of his wife, is recorded as "Russia" (likely a misrecording of Prussia).
Source: 1880 Census (Image 0)
Between 1880 and 1900: Moved to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
Charles relocated from Ohio to Philadelphia sometime between 1880 and his death in 1900. The exact date is not documented, but he was in Philadelphia by the time of his death.
Source: Death Certificate (Images 6, 7)
March 17, 1900: Died in Philadelphia
Charles died on March 17, 1900, at age 75, in Philadelphia, at Philadelphia Hospital, Ward 27. He was married at the time of death (spouse unnamed), and his body was buried via the Anatomical Board on March 21, 1900. His race was recorded as White, and his birth place as Germany.

Family Information
Charles H. Hoffman had multiple marriages and children, as detailed in the family tree. Specific dates for these events are not provided, so they are summarized separately:
Spouses and Children:
Catherine Conner (1832–)
Children: Patrick (1854–), William (1858–), Mary C. (1860–1932), Katie "Kittie" (1873–1931), Annie (1874–).
Elizabeth Shilling (1828–1910)
Children: August (1863–), Ama (1865–).
Mary Eliza Bloomer (1838–1876)
Children: Mary C. (1860–1932), Benjamin G. (1863–1945), Sarah Emma (1866–1946).
Unnamed Spouse
Child: E (1862–).
Leanna (circa 1834–)
Appears as his wife in the 1880 census; possibly one of the above under a different name or a fourth spouse. Children listed in 1880: Mary (1863–) and Katie (1867–).
Source: Family Tree (Image 4), 1880 Census (Image 0)
Notes on Discrepancies
The records contain inconsistencies that affect the timeline’s precision:
Birth Year:
1825 (death certificate, age 75 in 1900).
1826 (family tree).
1835 (1880 census, age 45).
The 1880 census age may be an error, as census records often contain inaccuracies. The death certificate and family tree align more closely, suggesting 1825–1826.
Occupation:
Teacher in 1862 (muster roll).
Bricklayer in 1880 (census).
Charles may have changed occupations over time, a common occurrence.
Spouses:
The family tree lists three spouses (Catherine, Elizabeth, Mary Eliza), while the 1880 census names Leanna. Leanna could be a fourth spouse or a variation of one of the listed names. The death certificate confirms he was married in 1900, but the spouse is unnamed.
Children:
Mary C. appears under two spouses (Catherine and Mary Eliza), possibly indicating an error or overlap. The 1880 census daughters (Mary and Katie) align with some family tree entries (e.g., Mary C. and Katie "Kittie"), but discrepancies in birth years persist.
Civil War Service:
Two muster rolls exist: one for a Charles Hoffmann (age 33, teacher, 1862) and another for a Charles Hoffman (age 19, carpenter, 1862). The former is assumed to be our Charles due to age proximity to 1826 and the user’s family tree connection.
Other Records:
Probate records (Images 10, 12, 13) from Butler County, Pennsylvania, and a 1863 Septennial Census from Philadelphia (Images 8, 9) likely pertain to different Charles Hoffmans, given geographical and occupational mismatches (e.g., carpenter in Philadelphia vs. bricklayer/teacher for our Charles).
Conclusion
This timeline reflects Charles H.
