DJ states: 54:50 marker she states MY property is on the other side of the fence- I am not an owner and I did that purposely too. Now, YCSO Sgt Ashby these folks told you they put this electric gate and fence up not alerting county of this type of gate and as well not on their land at all so then how do you Sgt Ashby want to take that role on with this type of Civil Matter and take the damaged signs without the hardware? And how can DJ state the property starts past this fence they did and the corner by Basden has not yet been identified by the Surveyor yet so this is a real "Civil Matter" - why even entertain yourself in the matter Sgt Ashby? Odd.

8:17 marker YCSO Deputy stated I was planning to do Hotshot Memorial Tours out there and I JOY A COLLURA was building a Fire Facility out on the land. Whomever told this man (YCSO DEPUTY) that JOY A COLLURA was going to do such- that is misinformation which equals then into a LIE.

30 minutes in they redact on the Fred part but DJ said the man was 75 when it all started and 83 now so that must be I thought Lampe until DJ said 83 then I know it was not him or recent owner---but then she went to age 75/83 to then Fred again so possible it was edited this clip not redacted because it does not flow well there even with redaction. Land History: Address was given this week as we completed the perk/soil test and getting ready to build: 17722 W Boulder Springs Trl, prior vacant land. Assessor Acres 14.1 S10-T10N-R05W. Long time resident Lampe sold it to Lichty and the old owners would not be 83 nor is Fred so whom DJ refers to does not match to any of the old or current owners. It seems I have been showing the world when DJ speaks - it does mean one should "fact check"

To YCSO: --- Date: Thursday, August 26th, 2021 at 3:26 PM Good Afternoon PRR Dept/ Sgt Ashby's Superior: I had a revelation today- I recently asked for 12-1-15 and the date needs to be corrected to 12-1-14 and this exact date body cam (Ashby) matters so the one PRR states the wrong year- please let me know if it is easier to just make new request. A few weeks after this one Ashby event (December 1 2014) one can look at the legal transcripts of the injunction that was placed on me and one can read that Amanda Beno Marsh Lohman stated in that proceeding someone from YCSO helped her with the Injunction for Harassment process. I am seeing a pattern from this Summer 2021 Body Cams on the same topic - Injunction for Harassment - being mentioned to the Helms by Sgt Ashby when I really have not done anything then or now to deserve this disrespect I continually see of Sgt Ashby on "work-time" doing and I need an official meeting with her Supervisor. I will make sure it is when both landowners can be present and prior YCSO can be present as my witnesses. October 1st, 2021 is open for me. Would this be a suitable date for her Sgt Ashby Superior? I also would like to file a complaint report against Sgt Ashby because look how much tax payer time was wasted on those body cams feeding into a "Civil Matter" (other YCSO as well) with who Sgt Ashby knows personally on company time and really look at how she allowed DJ Heml to carry on and how even Sgt Ashby fed into it after DJ Helm stated she wants to rip JOY A COLLURA a new one. I have a responsibility to that land up there with some current camera concerns and how am I to feel safe after reviewing all the body cams of how YCSO has treated this "Civil Matter"-- I also had an incident (recorded) with Sgt Ashby on a time I had an appointment to retrieve PRR from YFD and in a bully stance Sgt Ashby stated I need to look for the records elsewhere and to leave the YFD premises and I was okay to her then too. DJ says "I am ready for her ..." and yet this lady has NEVER been direct and said that to my face. She can spew it all behind the scenes. That is wrong. She said Lee is "wishy washy" - I was floored - she is gonna rip me a new one? That is harassment what Sgt Ashby is hearing and she is okay listening to it. ???? Rip me a new one???? Has she seen what she did to me this Spring 2021? If it was not for locals telling me I would never know her trash talk me...it floored me...I never had any bad things with DJ so it is odd....I did put the stuff out after she did what she did Spring 2021 and I did attempt to reach her quietly but it carried on so all I did was put the documented facts out.
