good morning it's 11:11 in the morning

0:03

on October 8th Sunday 2023 just

0:07

reflecting as I was watering my uh

0:10

plants and cacti and I was thinking

0:13

about the current people who I been

0:17

watching uh gather stuff off of areas

0:20

that I would like to have a direct

0:25

conversation with those people if you

0:27

are more than willing to do that my door

0:29

is open actually my door is open for

0:31

everyone when I say I'm on pause in 2023

0:34

it's actually

0:36

for when I say external stuff I want to

0:39

pause or people uh but if there's some

0:42

person out there that has a concern or

0:44

an issue towards me uh those doors open

0:48

for 2023 because I really would hate for

0:51

you to waste your energy and time and

0:53

anything with uh that pertaining to me

0:57

and having any kind of disgruntle

1:00

negative uh uncomfortable feeling uh in

1:03

regards to me the person my name what I

1:07

do so what I do currently and I've been

1:10

doing for the past 10 years is when I

1:13

almost died on a fire I knew that

1:16

direction of the flow of uh how it was

1:19

unfolding it wasn't a reality to what I

1:22

was seeing and then I went ahead and

1:25

started Gathering public records and

1:27

foyers and interviews and testimonies

1:30

and stuff and so uh that's what I'm

1:32

doing and if I put something out it's

1:35

not just to put out because I'm putting

1:37

it out like I have other contributing

1:39

authors ghost writers that take that

1:41

information and they make an article or

1:43

a post or and take the information to uh

1:47

give situational awareness to areas that

1:49

need sit situational awareness so I just

1:52

want to let you know uh my mother-in-law

1:55

her birthday's coming up in a couple

1:57

days and so happy happy birthday and

2:01

happy birthday to anybody in October

2:04

happy birthday Jerry and Montana uh miss

2:07

you on the trails and and the Prosper

2:09

hting Rock hounding thing and uh hope

2:11

everything's well with everybody this uh

2:14

fall and I just wanted to you know put

2:16

that out there uh anybody's having any

2:18

kind of negative thinking when it comes

2:21

to me just reach out to me everybody

2:23

else please let it pause so I can get

2:24

some other stuff done mainly I want to

2:26

get the organization uh organizing all

2:30

the records and putting them into the

2:32

right folders and so that other people

2:34

can um in the future have a place to go

2:37

to for resource right now uh John doter

2:41

of investigated media and uh Scotty

2:44

Briggs of into the black Productions are

2:46

the only from 2013 to 2022 uh my stuff

2:51

uh it would have to say hey this is what

2:53

I want to use and then go from there I'm

2:56

not saying they have to ask for my

2:57

permission they have full permission

2:59

except that some of the stuff and

3:00

content is not mine you know it's for

3:02

resource only uh on the blog and not to

3:05

be re-shared so just you know kind of

3:07

let me know what you're going to be

3:09

planning on using as far as content uh

3:11

but those two have my full permission as

3:13

well as a scottd man who has retired and

3:16

he's doing a documentary so there's

3:18

three individuals anybody outside of

3:20

that no zero permission um I do have

3:23

contributing authors and ghost writers

3:25

that are helping to get all this stuff

3:27

organized back Channel and that's where

3:29

we're at we're just in an

3:31

organizational uh phase uh and so I so

3:35

that I'm not trying to shut anybody out

3:37

or pause anybody at this point it's just

3:41

so I can get things

3:42

done I don't have to have it done

3:44

successfully because failures happen too

3:47

but I just want to make sure that

3:48

anybody that's having any kind of

3:50

negative uh thoughts when it comes to me

3:52

uh I I don't I want everybody to be

3:55

encouraged to to to have better health

3:59

better thought thoughts better

4:01

environment and you know just if you're

4:03

having any kind of toxicity uh Let it go

4:07

Let God In you know so or whatever

4:09

higher power that you feel it's I'm

4:11

going to say God because that's my

4:13

source of everything and so and I've can

4:17

tell

4:18

you he's never failed me so I hope

4:21

everybody stay strong uh just know that

4:24

I'm praying for you guys uh and I say

4:27

you guys uh I do a general uh prayer uh

4:30

for all you know but I also do specific

4:33

so if you have any prayers you need just

4:34

let me know and I'll pray so I I I know

4:37

there's some people right now that has

4:39

some health issues that happen uh

4:42

because I'm able to uh pray for that and

4:45

and hopefully you guys uh see less

4:48

toxicity during your healing so God

4:50

bless talk to you later

morning it's 10:01 in the morning on April 22nd 2024 I was uh before I went

0:06

to use the restroom I was recording the fj3

0:13

21925 1319 I'm going to start from the beginning and it's a hour and 23 minutes

0:19

and 28 seconds and I'll do that however gr Mountain Hot Shots

0:26

Marsh's actual June 30th 2013 location with would later be called into question

0:31

by Dent of one of Joy a color's prrs which included a Yavapai County Sheriff's Office report dated June 30th

0:39

to July 7th 2013 containing inventory list of items to put into safekeeping

0:44

for the SAT investigation report indicating that two Yavapai County Sheriff deputies dated June 30th to July

0:51

7th 2013 that calls into question whether the grand of mountain hasad had

0:57

in fact all deployed their fire shelters together and died at the alleged deployment Zone an eventual fatality

1:04

Site Grand Mount hot shot per the satar on June 30th 2013 and it was inserting

1:11

uh on yesterday the 20th um that on this report it says into

1:17

safekeeping the name Tony Petrelli is labeled on there and also possible uh

1:24

the two names of Granite Mountain Hot Shot uh isn't written on there there

1:30

with the word bone and so we need to have more information that leads to

1:35

conclusion versus confusion and it does end with the alai County Sheriff's Office at this point uh I have tried to

1:42

go and interview these two deputies I was told uh yes and then I was told no

1:49

to reach their Superior with my questions which I did and then I went further and I was told to I had to be in

1:56

a summons in a court order in a court setting uh to go any further so that has

2:01

been on pause for the uh that area so when I read this paragraph I just want

2:09

to make an insert that uh there's just not enough data to have any conclusion

2:15

except that why would these this Yavapai County Sheriff's deputy even put on the

2:22

sheet two names of the grand Mountain Hot Shots that's the thing big thing uh why what what who or what got into that

2:30

person's ear to lead up to do that action is a a big question that has

2:35

never been answered and um because of that uh one could lead to uh assumptions

2:41

uh but there's not enough data quite yet to come to that I can tell you right now there is firefighters who are firsthand

2:48

that has stated there is no way that they were separated they were all together so that's where we're at and so

2:55

we just go further this is also referred to in the July 20 13 YouTube video of

3:01

the Granite Mountain hot deployment Zone news conference video of presk fire

3:06

department Wildland battalion chief Daryl Willis PFD Willis admits I relive it

3:14

every day the following PFD BC Willis statement is squarely within the

3:20

confines of the PFD presk way of doing things that likely guarantee their fatal

3:25

actions like many others this is in quote like many other s Willis has spent

3:31

a lot of time asking himself why they wanted to re-engage sure they could sit

3:36

up there in the black but if they could try to get back in the game they were going to do we just sit up here and

3:43

watch it Go by they knew there was an evacuation going on they knew there were

3:48

people staying in their houses so what would the public think you're not going to help us why did you even show up

3:55

that's from Yarnell fire July 15 20 2023 I want to make an insert about how they

4:00

said that people were in their houses uh there's too many people that almost lost their lives and I have those testimonies

4:08

uh that it's never been made to the public at large uh and some were in the claims of court cases and some were not

4:15

uh some were paraplegic and so I want to make sure that everybody knows the evacuation was done poorly uh everybody

4:22

has different perceptions depends on where you lived and how you were notified please refer to the satar

4:28

appendix C personal protective equipment analysis page 82 to 95 reader discretion

4:36

is advised now the SAT star on page 45 to 54 specifically States at least seven

4:42

renderings of the phrase will never know with the alleged factual report this

4:48

really is significant because misinformation has been identified as a major contributor to various

4:55

contentious contemporary wide ranging events belief in Miss information can

5:00

lead to poor judgments and decisionmaking and exerts a lingering influence on people's reasoning even

5:06

after it's been corrected known as a continued influence effect the psychological drivers of misinformation

5:13

belief and its to correction echer e comma nature review psychology

5:20

2022 note appendix C the alleged deployment site of the arnal fire in the

5:26

satar appendix C PPE analysis warning very graphic content in addition please

5:33

refer to the satar where the SAT specifically States at least seven renderings of the phrase we'll never

5:41

know within the alleged factual report this really is significant because

5:47

misinformation has been identified as a major contributor to various contentious

5:53

cont contemp did I just read something yeah you did we'll have to edit that

5:59

okay so I'm going to edit that but I didn't I just thought that I just read that so last s okay so uh brm JW 1966 no

6:11

about the last sentence in that per oh the last sentence in it not only can belief not only can belief and

6:18

misinformation lead to poor judgments and decision-making it also exerts a lingering influence on people's

6:24

reasoning after it has been corrected an effect known as the theory of psychological re

6:30

reactants and then that's the brem JW 1966 a theory of Psychological reactants

6:37

Academic Press consider now the discussion on the satar will never know psychology and the

6:44

alleged fairy tale that eventually follows by intentionally utilizing this manipulative technique most people would

6:51

accept it as fact astute skeptical readers and researchers challenge it

6:57

part two learn and discussion discussion the Yarnell hillfire was a significant

7:03

event to those personally affected and to the inter agency Wildland fire community at large because we don't know

7:11

and we'll never know many of the precise details surrounding the final moments and motivations of the grand amount Hot

7:16

Shots we considered many aspects of Wildland fire operations in our discussions this accident prompted us to

7:23

think about the many unknowns and to explore multiple Concepts and perspectives as we tried to reconstruct

7:29

the incident to understand and analyze it satar page 45 uh so that was a hard

7:35

paragraph for me to read and I have to insert why because what I know back Channel if these people had privy to the

7:42

knowledge that I have um that is dangerous uh to have our people in

7:49

Authority or leadership to make that statement um I'm having a hard time uh

7:55

swallowing that wow are we trying to manipulate the and brainwash the minds

8:01

is what I'm reading from that paragraph and if that was in the official report I have to go back and read all that stuff

8:07

maybe I shouldn't all right so going on although we will never know for sure we

8:12

considered how the Granite Mountain IHC might have reason if they stay in the black they do no good if they move they

8:20

might do some good even if they don't know what that good will look like they think they can move without it being

8:27

especially risky that Sor page 47 we have no indication that operations or

8:33

anyone else asked the granite Mount IHC to move to a new location but we assume they decided this on their own believing

8:40

they could re-engage and help defend Yarnell a culture of Engagement and a bias for Action is part of wildland

8:47

firefighter identity and a factor in their success and in this case a bias for engagement may have prompted them to

8:54

move satar page 47 consider the role of false alarms the level of confidence in

9:01

future weather updates originating from the same sources although we will never know the answer to this question it's

9:07

worth asking in the absence of observed cloud and column conditions to what

9:13

extent did the Grand amount IHC think the weather in the second update was not going to materialize because weather in

9:20

the first update occurred on a diminished level satar page 48 hello

9:26

people I'm sorry I'm incertain here but without any photos um from McKenzie or

9:32

myself we were there and you seen these smoke columns and you've seen the weather in the distance uh if I'm a

9:41

housewife and Sunny's a a Rancher and I'll tell you we got the hell out of

9:47

there I don't understand that to this very day how you can have what we saw

9:53

was right immediately over by the old greater um there's an old like mining

9:58

road that goes out people's Valley and then there's the Harper Canyon that is the area that we the hikers witnessed

10:05

that area being drip torched we didn't know that was drip torch at that moment all we saw was a firefighter and then

10:12

fire right after them it was until later that we learned that's how they do things and it wasn't until a staff ride

10:19

in recent years that I learned that that's what they call the big box Theory they they have to burn so many acreage

10:25

per season I didn't know that but it was on a staff ride uh in the recent years

10:31

that that was spoken about from one of the people that was on that fire so in figure five grount Hot Shot Chris

10:38

Mackenzie rest in peace crew actions locations fire Behavior Etc photo series

10:45

The Source is Arizona State forestry investigative media so then there's a quote from the satar page 52 and that's

10:51

that's what I should have said earlier I should have said satar page 52 and then said the quote but I just said the quote

10:57

and then referred it to but I should have started with that first we will

11:02

never know for sure but we wondered whether the Granite Mountain ihc's decision to hike through the green might

11:09

have seemed to them to be a decision to operate in the green just like everyone else for the crew this would have meant

11:15

moving away from a safe location at the time of day when the fire would be most active decision makers base such

11:21

decisions on what they know at the time and their assessment of the risks associated with various course of action

11:28

so being inserted here this is not part of the post it's just me inserting

11:33

what's interesting is because I was up there with the grand amount hasat uh

11:38

there was already burnt areas on top of the Weaver Mountains from the prior days

11:44

and uh I don't understand uh because I remember Fred and Bob Howers teaching me

11:50

early on on investigate media about the uh 10 standard firefighting orders and the 18 watch outs which Fred says 19 uh

11:57

I don't understand how one can say that because number 11 on the watch out is unburned fi between you and the fire so

12:04

I don't understand because maybe you can help help me on that uh page 52 Fred um

12:10

to help me understand how they can even put that word smithing in there I don't know you uh this the

12:19

conclusion that they they did everything right oh you couldn't have done

12:24

everything right because you've taught me fully what the 10 standards are in the in the 19 watch outs and so no that

12:32

that would be so inaccurate to place in any report uh that those men did

12:38

everything right so going on to it on the contrary considering figure six um

12:44

let me go and identify what figure six is uh it's actually Brian lob's photo so

12:49

so let's go back on the contrary considering figure six which is Brian lra's photo below which was given to the

12:56

Yarnell hillfire lead investigator Mayhew um was it was it given to him or

13:02

was he given so much information uh and he maybe didn't see that do you think

13:07

that he saw that photo we don't know can yeah we can allege that okay so

13:14

um so on the contrary considering figure six below which has given to the Arnell fire lead investigator Mayu and even

13:22

assigned an Evidence number image 31334 jpg the set investigators deny

13:30

they know for sure whether the Granite Mountain GMC's decision to hike through the green

13:38

might have seemed to them to be a decision to operate in the green just like everyone else fallacy of

13:46

equivoca I don't have my glasses on can you say that word for me because it's blurry equivocation that's what I

13:52

thought everyone else was in fact in the green far enough from these fire Behavior extremes shown in the photo

13:58

collage note appendix C official grount Hot Shot fire shelter replacement caution this

14:05

link contains very graphic information that may be offensive or sensitive to some readers not withstanding this

14:11

author's professional opinion that these should be mandatory elements in all future S130 basic firefighter and

14:20

refresher 130 and rt130 Refreshers to alert firefighters and Wildland

14:25

firefighters of the likely outcomes possible when failing to abide by the rules of engagement as well as viewing

14:33

the grount hasha fire shelters images and photos and each of the graphic autopsies reports reader and

14:42

viewer discretion is highly advised regarding these it is I'm inserting that

14:49

I still have a hard time looking at him uh Mayu satar continues for the crew this would have meant moving away from a

14:55

safe location at the time of day when the fire would be most active decision makers base such decisions on

15:02

what they know at the time in their assessment of the risk associated with various courses of action and then you

15:07

have in Brackets no safe insane firefighter or wildland firefighter or

15:13

supervisor would move away from a safe location in the black at this time of

15:19

day when the fire is obviously most active as indicated by the fire behavior

15:24

in Smoke in figure six Brian lobber photo a clear L of an unsafe habit of

15:30

bad decisions with good outcomes and the well-known normalization of deviants and

15:36

the alleged granny Mount hasha hazardous attitudes preferences s you have figure six with

15:44

June 30th 2013 4:29 p.m. photo on Google Earth overlay The Tempest who within the

15:51

depths of your soul the I didn't do that that was actually my computer doing that

15:57

now it took me off so I have to go back on okay um the source is uh Brian lobers

16:04

Arizona State forestry Google Earth and wants to know the truth from investigated media and figures overlay

16:11

overlay right okay I think I said that and then that's when my computer cut out only minutes and it has like the um Loop

16:20

Griffith Park dude South Canyon Rainbow Springs Spanish Ranch Hoster Creek

16:27

Blackwater cart pepper run Kramer Rock Creek tulan Battlement Creek 30 mile

16:34

Canyon Yarnell H Hill Blue Ribbon and it's the blow up to burnover image and

16:40

the grand Mount hos was 52 minutes and this is the source of nwcg WF St

16:47

R going onar so did you want to read a little

16:53

bit goad you're doing fine Mayu satar maintains Escape Routes containing

16:59

continuing from this previous point the Yarnell Hill fire also prompts us to think about the connections that

17:05

firefighters make between Escape Routes and safety zones and that's in the satar page 52 in Brackets this author's

17:12

professional opinion experien firefighters and Wildland firefighters like the grand Mount Hot Shots and satar

17:19

claim they were should know that Escape Routes should always proed safety zones

17:25

in LCS and the fire orders using Escape Routes to a safety zone mayu's sap SAR

17:32

continues in quotes whether the crew recognized it or not their decision to go down the hillside from The Descent

17:39

point was a decision to sacrifice some of their effective Effectiveness Effectiveness in serving

17:47

as their own Lookouts taking a more direct Escape Route in Brackets to

17:53

minimize exposure in the green generally means traveling a shorter distance and potentially reaching the in bracket

18:00

safety zone more quickly moving down the slope into the box canyon meant the in

18:06

Brackets GMC would no longer be able to see the fire we wondered is it possible that

18:12

they relied on the rock outcropping as a barrier to fire spread question mark but

18:18

it also is is it possible that the outcropping block their view of the fire question mark we will never know if the

18:26

crew understood that this route of travel required that they sacrific some of their capacity to serve as their own

18:31

Lookouts we also never know if they understood the calculated risk involved in traversing the final distance to the

18:39

ranch without the level of situational awareness that a different Vantage Point might have afforded setar page 54 in

18:46

Brackets these are clearly permissible inferences of Roe violations and so if you want to

18:53

explain to the world what um your uh Wildland fire Roe is Rules of Engagement

19:00

nullifying the set s conclusion of doing everything right for details on one they

19:06

they admit right in here that they were violating the orders right there when they talk about some of the stuff

19:12

they're talking about not being able to see the fire and all that they do that throughout the satar but they do in

19:19

question form they don't do in assertive if you noticed well that's fine yeah well the question becomes like they're

19:24

just like hey you know when you're sort of so they're not really saying assertive and that's a

19:31

smart thing to do for liability and and Court reasons for details on one of

19:36

several alleged fireing operations that took place consider this 2020 ah AHF

19:43

paper titled credible evidence continues to surface regarding a likely friendly

19:48

fire incident along the Sesame Street enshrine Corridor area on June 30th 2013

19:54

in Figure 8 Below and then it's an image that kind of shows you the UPS slope uh alignment

20:01

to the parallel chimney and shoots and washes towards the deploy deployment Zone from the sesy uh Street to Shrine

20:08

areas and the fuel break uh corridors over there which is near uh your land

20:14

and uh the boulder Springs Ranch okay figure eight is an enhanced

20:19

Google Earth image revealing what caused the topography induced fire Behavior steering the result in fire Behavior

20:26

into the upslope Twin parallel shoot bottom middle eventually funneling the

20:31

fire like a slingshot uphill directly into the grount hot shot deployment Zone

20:36

an eventual fatality site based on the smoke column shape size smoke color and

20:43

volume and smoke color and figure six and 8A uh going back to six is Brian Lor's

20:50

photo and going to 8A is the one where it shows the up slope uh with the Google tools the fire is obviously signal and

20:58

its intent itions and there's a Google Earth edit tool and paint and calora uh

21:04

on the source and that was just the showing how it goes from sesme Street

21:10

and Shrine Corridor and then it shows the UPS slope of the twin parallel shoots and chimneys to the deployment

21:15

Zone in a graph format uh so then uh consider now several informative

21:23

investigate media regular commenter wants no truth comments in CrossFit videos abc5 clip 18 Crossfade video 2018

21:33

and then it has the insert to the YouTube also view the Oregon Bia fmo

21:39

kobby Drake we saved Granite Mountain hot shop buggies 2013 on the vimeo video

21:45

noting this was a third time that someone had to save the Granite Mountain hot crew carriers indeed the Li and S SW

21:55

a RFD were aware of these evidence during their investigations now military

22:01

veteran Brian mocking hop Brian noted in the 2014 article titled Fire on the

22:07

Mountain noted in the Atlantic that the a in quotes the Arizona State forestry division ASF commissioned an

22:14

investigation team the SAT to determine what had gone wrong in Yarnell after the other big wildfires that had killed

22:21

multiple firefighters in the past Century survivors had been able to fill in crucial pieces of information about

22:27

on the ground conversations and decisionmaking but the grand of Mount hasha had died without any eyewitnesses

22:35

what wait is that really a quote reading Joy no I need to know is that a I hiked him

22:42

is that a quote that's a quote I was he knows that I was with him continue to

22:48

read it explains it Joy wow that is partic that is partially incorrect because the two hikers Joey clor and

22:54

Sunny Tech Gilligan witnessed and recorded the fire for the full June 28th through 30th 2013 weekend with cell

23:02

phones cameras and videos and they discerned and heated those warnings without the benefit of two-way radios

23:09

and yet they made it safely to their vehicle in yell less than 15 minutes before the Grand and melon hot shots were burned over mckin Hoff accurately

23:16

surmised in quote as hard as they tried however the adosh inspectors were unable

23:22

to answer the question that had stimmed the first investigation team why had 19

23:28

skilled Wildland firefighters left the safety of a burned over area and hiked into a box canyon overgrown with dense

23:34

vegetation V visited the grand Mount hashad DZ in fatality Zone with Kora and Gilligan compared to the tunnel

23:41

vision sat in the lii who never expressed any interest to do so you know

23:47

it's interesting though Fred that he took that away because we gave him the most and like everybody in town loved

23:53

Brian mocking hop and I never really got to read his things cuz I was helping people at that time time uh and I never

24:00

really I got his story but he never did give me a copy of it but um I read it online but that's

24:08

interesting uh well I guess because he was we liked his

24:14

uh Persona I can tell you that but I did not read the article and I guess I'll have to reread it so in their officially

24:20

sanctioned podcast titled reading reflecting and changing Behavior September 10th 2021 the link provided by

24:27

the W LF LLC so is that Wildland lessons what's that mean Wildland fire lessons

24:34

learn okay U manager Kelly woods and the plumis NF graduate degreed WF Eric appan

24:42

talk about Alan's wlf LLC incident review database task to read all of

24:48

their archive entrapment reports Woods in a calculated condenscending question

24:53

asks appan focusing on this this huge Deep dive you've done in this kind of events in quotes in Brackets deep dive

25:02

question mark really question mark regarding his expected and presumed neutral objective research he instead

25:10

provided a very narrow-minded Insight on those hundreds of investigative reports

25:15

to match the Yarnell hillfire satar conclusion of no wrongdoing when stating

25:21

his own conclusions and findings moreover it is rather significant in telling that he totally dodged the

25:27

subject of the 2013 Yarnell hillfire and you have plenty to say about the 1949

25:33

man Gulch the 1964 sundan fire in Idaho the 1979 Ship Island fire in Idaho the

25:41

1985 lake mountain and but fires in Idaho the 1994 South Canyon fire in

25:47

Colorado the 2002 price Canyon fire in Utah the 2016 pag pagami pag pami pagami Creek

25:57

fire in Minnesota and this is what he had to say about the historic 1933

26:03

Griffith Park in quotes there's been things like I've heard of Griffith Park

26:08

right that's it that's about it I heard it it that it had happened but I didn't

26:15

know really anything about it at all and there are fires in there I didn't even know that that happened never heard the

26:22

name before you know pretty major fires one of my favorite in the podcast they

26:28

57 was this use of a fire shelter if you can improve your conditions and you know

26:33

prevent some Burns or get better air I think I've been thinking about this and think so again you know I have multiple

26:41

answers so I have the I'm gonna come up with what are the scenarios in which I need to be wearing gloves not have

26:48

attached to me but actually have them on my hands because I realized that I've been in a lot of situations where I

26:54

should have been wearing them and I and I wasn't right that's one thing that's kind of really easy sort of takeaway

27:01

right but the big thing for me is that it took reading this stuff spending

27:06

hours and hours with all of this to get to the point where it actually did sort of this emotional weight that it would

27:12

change Behavior I believe I mean I haven't been on a fire since it started so this we we'll see I guess but I do

27:19

believe that that it will change my behavior and it took time but I you know

27:25

there's some really hard things in some of these reports and when you when you read through those and others that was

27:32

somebody right and I think like you said you know we we we need to we honor these

27:38

people by remembering and learning from them right whether they were injured or

27:44

or or passed away in the way of sort of reading all of these and really diving

27:49

into them is for me I think what took it to pass from kind of the well that's

27:55

interesting too this is something that deeply connects with me to change my behavior that's hard thing to get to I

28:03

think but that's where you're going to be able to make a difference in yourself or with your crew or whoever it's it is

28:10

having finding a way to make that connection so that it's truly meaningful to you and not just some kind of

28:16

interesting part of history and some emphasis was added in red and

28:22

bold and so then and it goes into in bold black and quite expectedly there is

28:28

absolutely no mention in the podcast of the world-renowned June 2013 yarn Hill fire

28:35

or the grand amount hasha tobacco or how effective the tried andrue 10 standard

28:41

fire orders and the 18 watch out situations are toward the goal of entament avoidance once again the fact

28:47

that these obviously completely avoided mentioning even once the most tragic wildfire in modern history is

28:54

significant and disturbing fully supported our contention that the wlf

29:01

LLC has clearly lost its ethically objective Compass misusing our federal

29:06

29:13

and bold the LLC operates as a national inter agency federally funded

29:19

29:26

29:31

now consider the misinformation review 2023 authors and researchers Tay Ecker

29:36

CTS pearlstone and leandi distinguish between

29:42

misinformation and disinformation misinformation and bold which we Define

29:48

as any information that turns out to be false poses an in inevitable challenge

29:54

for human cognition and social interaction because it is a consequence of the fact that people frequently Heir

30:01

and sometimes lie however this fact is insufficient to explain the rise of misinformation and its subsequent

30:09

influence on memory and decision- making as a major challenge in the 21st century

30:14

the term disinformation is often specifically used for the subset of misinformation that is spread

30:20

intentionally thus in this review we don't draw a sharp distinction between misinformation and

30:26

disinformation or different types of misinformation we use the term misinformation as an umbrella term

30:32

referring to any information that turns out to be false and reserve the term disinformation for for misinformation

30:38

that is spread with the intention to harm or deceive t t footnotes removed in

30:46

Brackets and B indeed it perfectly describes the satar sharing misinformation can also deepen

30:54

ideological divides that dis infr franchise individuals encourage violence

31:00

and potential harm according to the author's EG Eric Marsh Foundation Facebook comments posted referred to the

31:07

rnl fire authors and contributors quotes let us know where these people live we crack heads for 11 in as quotes bold and

31:15

R currying favor with the EMF curiously falling short of legitimate Facebook

31:20

threat and brackets I want to insert on that uh part uh

31:26

that that person person going so close and that when someone said well you just give us their names um they're like yeah

31:33

there she would say the the geographical locations and descriptions but never really actually put a name out um that

31:40

is a very dangerous thing and I have a post on that somewhere uh going over that more so in

31:47

quotes it says thus while engaged with content individuals should slow down

31:53

think about what they're engaging and integrate their visc response people who

31:58

thoughtfully seek accurate information are more likely to successfully avoid misinformation compared with people who

32:04

are motivated to find evidence to confirm their pre-existent beliefs given

32:09

the benefits of persuading onlookers through observational correction everyone should be encouraged to civil

32:16

carefully and thoughtfully correct online misinformation where they encounter it unless they deem it a

32:22

harmless French view all these recommendations are also fundamental principles of media literacy indeed a

32:30

theatrical underpinning of media literacy is that understanding the aims of media protects individuals from some

32:36

adverse effects of being exposed to information through the media including the pressure to adopt particular beliefs

32:42

or behaviors freedom of speech does not include the right to amplification of that speech furthermore being

32:49

unknowingly subjected to disinformation could be seen as manipulative tack on freedom of choice and the right to be

32:55

well informed these concerns must be balanced considering the above satar quote we'll

33:01

never know assertions and the reactants Theory and it's a link to uh that

33:07

consider now one of the myid definitions including the psychological self-fulfilling prophecy regarding the

33:15

fatalistic rhetoric of will never know claims in quote inold in r a self

33:21

fulfilling prophecy refers to the phenomenon of making a prediction or expectation of something and this

33:28

prediction becomes true because of one belief that it will and behaved in a manner that created this this suggests

33:35

that a person's belief can influence their actions the principle of this phenomenon is that people create

33:41

consequences regarding people or events based on their previous knowledge towards a specific subject additionally

33:48

self-fulfilling prophecy can be applied to a negative and a positive outcome so then the next one in bold and black and

33:55

all caps fraud on the fire Alliance question mark and I think the question mark was just added in there for myself

34:02

because I don't know this area so um we're going to go through and read this

34:08

but the insert of the images are from not a public records request uh but it

34:14

is from uh going to the National and state archives uh so that I want to let

34:21

you guys know uh ahead of time was probably one of the hardest weeks in my life uh because I'm read reading but I'm

34:28

trying to get as much data because I only have a short amount of time to take all these photos and I'm reading and I'm

34:33

seeing some smok and gun stuff and I have not yet put it out so we are going to be going into 2024 into 2025 with

34:41

much more information on the rire 2013 however the information did put me down

34:46

a few notches healthwise and then I had uh the Donna Gordon thing last summer and so I've been still in recovery but

34:53

that is still a very important thing uh because that stuff is being processed now uh at the library so it's not

34:59

obtainable right now to the people because that's now in process so I want to let you know that there's still much

35:04

more to go out on the Arnell fire and and here's one of the big things right now we're about to go over it you ready

35:11

consider now the official time recording records fire time report and crude time

35:17

reports suggested that Jake nuttle worked on the June 2013 Yarnell fire

35:23

which is what given at the archive Library uh June 2023 along with the lead

35:32

investigator yeah so inserts right here are actual documents that I took photos

35:38

of uh showing that it's still like I look at it and

35:43

it's like whoa I never really paid attention to the lunch hours it it was listening to

35:49

this uh post that I started to learn about that but it's uh figures N9 through 9g

35:57

and it's Jake nuttles fire time reports the crew time reports uh from June 30th to July 7th 2013 and they are from my

36:05

archive records so figure 9g is sheffer's CTR with 29 CFR

36:14

78519 remarks and and in that um I want to

36:19

explain he has always been a person that always done if you read uh his public records

36:27

uh he always is by the book on things uh when it comes to the meal periods and so

36:33

that is one of the things you'll see in actual public records about him uh too

36:38

so consider now what this author alleges to establish a potentially serious ethical and legal issue for the S SW RFD

36:47

allegedly setting a good example for all his followers and well documented based on Jo calor's public records request

36:54

acquired crew time reports that the alleged Judas Jake nuttle worked on the rnl fire as a branch One

37:02

Division Branch contingency 059 on the resource orders on a nine-day

37:09

tour of Duty from July 2nd to July 10th P3 HL 96 July

37:17

2nd 0530 to 1200 and then 1230 to 2130 and

37:24

then July 3rd 0530 to 1200 and then 12:30 to 21:30 July 4th so it's the

37:31

reduning so it says July 4th July 5th July 6th and on July six it then changes

37:36

to Hazard pay for uncontrolled fire and then on July 7th the same thing for

37:41

uncontrolled fire and then July 8th the same thing for uncontrolled fire and then it goes back to the original July

37:47

9th 0530 to 1200 and then 1230 to 2100 and then same thing for July 10th and

37:53

July 11th at 7 o'clock travel back to home unit all of nuttle ctrs indicated

38:00

that he supposedly took a half-hour Bonafide compens compensable meal period each day

38:08

pursuant to 29 CFR 7851 19a requiring him to be completely relieved from Duty

38:15

nwcg fire business management handbook and there's a link to it

38:22

so and each CTR was approved and signed by either an Ops Two or an Ops one what

38:29

this completely Rel what this quote completely relieved from Duty quote

38:34

Clause means is that nuttle as a division with supervisory responsibility

38:40

for any number of resources would have to stop working in order to take a half hour meal period that he was required to

38:47

show this would require ceasing Communications with those resources in person turning off his radio stop

38:54

driving his vehicle indeed completely stop work him because he would have been

38:59

inaccessible unavailable and unreachable for any and all manner of communications to give or receive orders follow heed

39:06

mitigate and or ensure that his resources followed heed mitigated and or ensured any of the required Rules of

39:12

Engagement and entrapment avoidance principles that is highly unlikely it suggests he worked through those Mill

39:19

period times allegedly falsifying his CTR a more likely occurrence likely 99%

39:25

of the rest of the the wild man firefighter Community because everyone else does it it's much easier and

39:32

hasslefree this author was demoted from several Fires for failure to show a meal

39:37

period call it what it is it's fraud on the fire line and I added the explanation in question mark because I

39:44

don't know that topic so uh consider now this I am post from wants no truth

39:50

responding to a question about the Yarnell fire lead investigator Brad Mayhew on investigated media by the

39:56

Yarnell fire in Rand on hasha debacco eyewitness hiker Joy Kora on the June

40:02

30th 200 Yarnell hillfire wants to know truth says June 22nd 2019 at 4:01 p.m. you

40:10

will never be wrong about the Yarnell sat arriving at a conclusion first and

40:15

then creating an error to support it Brad Mayhew can keep yelling at you in public or private settings all he

40:23

wants to and then in quote um it's really bold

40:29

um he is just personifying Shakespeare's quotes about when guilty people are usually the loudest ones in the room

40:35

quote in red bold so it says me thinks he do proest

40:43

to much it is obvious that this is what the Yarnell hillfire sat did and you

40:49

will never be wrong it was all about liability really publish the truth and get out the checkbook say you can't be

40:56

sure even though you have evidence you're hiding um uh me thinks he doth protest too much

41:04

it's obvious that is what the Arnell firat did and you will never be wrong it was all about the liability really

41:11

publish the truth and get out the checkbook say you can't be

41:17

sure even though you have evidence you're hiding and maybe it will just go away

41:25

what they forgot was that once you asked the entire nation indeed the world to

41:30

mourn with you and pay homage to dead people some of us a lot of us aren't ready to swallow your some of

41:38

us a lot of us that stood in lines and went to memorials and donated to the Widow's funds actually want to know what

41:44

the f happened and the years that go by don't change that desire what the heck a

41:50

little more Shakespeare anyone foul deeds will rise though all the Earth have overwhelmed them to men's eyes

41:56

Hamlet one two. 256 okay go

42:02

ahead two paragraphs you can f no I'm getting rough I need to take

42:08

a okay so consider now the formative and manipulative journey of the alleged one

42:15

and only Judas Jake nuttle on a forest Service website of October 1st 2021

42:22

titled on the Move Jacob nuttle has accept quote Jacob nle has accepted the

42:28

position of acting director for fire and Aviation Management in Washington DC nle

42:35

is currently the deputy fire director for the southwestern region fire program

42:42

the program uh Mr n is moving right along this is my thing

42:50

so Mr n's moving right along making new friends while betraying

42:55

others so given the alleged control proclivities of the lead investigator in

43:02

Southwest Area Regional fire director this may be a good time to reintroduce group think listed in the incident

43:09

response pocket guide RPG as a hazardous attitude and we show a image of that

43:16

particular page um consider an extreme case in a

43:21

Stanford University with a link student paper titled the theory of group think

43:27

appli to Nan King so the leadership of a group can also lead to group thinks since complete

43:34

control over the group by the leader can cause uh an environment

43:40

to uh which no one States their own

43:48

opinions when extremely rigid leadership is implemented within a group such as

43:57

occurs in the military group discussions are often highly controlled any dissenting

44:04

opinions lead to lend to be suppressed through

44:09

intimidation or by simply not allowing the de Center to voice his

44:16

objections oops gold too

44:23

far if a leader in a group situation makes his opinion clear at the outset of

44:31

of the discussions group members will on many occasions refrain from expressing

44:38

any disagreement out of respect for the leaders Authority end

44:45

quote so these are there were many symptoms of group think present in

44:52

the overall environment at the February 202

45:00

23 within the forest Serv hierarchy there's a distinct chain of command also

45:05

in the Wildland firefighting realm with the hot shot having the most rigid chain of command on some hot shot

45:14

Crews and during some wild and fire situations interpersonal pressures to

45:20

conform are intense depending on their individual leadership styles and the

45:26

situation at the time tolerance for non-conformity is virtually non-existent

45:33

and extreme tactics to bring descenders into line are

45:38

common common place the grand Mountain hot shot was a uh clear

45:45

exception this author alleges that the yell fire lead investigator and

45:51

Southwest Area fire director must ass surely need mental health and

45:57

leaderships Counseling in other words they fit well into the

46:04

categories listed here and they already uh they may already be in one of the

46:11

therapies listed these are some of the solutions within the article link

46:17

provided and offered by the practitioner one low self-esteem two childhood trauma

46:24

three being bullied themselves four four lack of empathy five underlying mental health

46:32

conditions and six being bullied can be very painful that's the part I

46:39

removed because it didn't flow okay so and then there's an article uh

46:46

consistency uh versus licensing

46:53

effects ver licensing effects of P moral

46:59

Behavior by Elizabeth mol School of Management San Jose

47:07

University basically or biblically by contrast this author has intentionally

47:13

chosen to focus on and travel the narrow the narrow way so enter by the narrow

47:23

gate or with it or or wide is the gate that and Broad is

47:31

the way that leads to destruction and there are many who go to

47:38

it go go in by it so biblically it says

47:44

just take the narrowed path The Road Less Traveled so that's Matthew 7 and then there's a similar uh Native

47:52

American proverb this face never follow a a leader that is

47:58

more in love with power than with people so Marcus aelius is alleged to

48:05

have made this quote everything we hear is an opinion not a fact everything we

48:11

see is a perspective not the truth so it was

48:17

essentially attributed to Marcus aurelus it's a reminder that we should never

48:24

think avoid taking everything we hear or see at Bas value and that's

48:32

based at uh phacts and then the word opinion means a belief or judgment that

48:40

is not based on fact or knowledge word fact means uh something that's known

48:46

to be true the word perspective means a way of finding it of uh of looking at

48:54

something the word truth means something uh that there is

49:01

a okay in accordance is true in accordance with a fact the quote

49:08

suggests that we should be critical of the information that we receive we

49:15

should not simply accept what we hear or give it

49:22

truth we should question it and try to understand the perspective of the person

49:28

who is altering it oras wants to know the truth always said as a trust but

49:34

verify okay back to the quote U this can be

49:44

uh this can be a difficult concept to to grasp especially if we have been

49:53

conditioned to believe that everything we hear or see

49:59

is true but it's important to remember that our perception of reality is stamped by

50:10

our uh own experiences beliefs and

50:15

biases if we want to see the world more clearly we need to be open to different

50:25

perspectives we we need to be willing to question our

50:32

own beliefs and to learn from others this author not myself takes exception

50:38

here making the distinction between a mere opinion and a professional opinion

50:43

given the latter assertion more credibility truth telling is one of the most fundamental tenants of life in

50:49

general so then based on what you just considered do you think that nuttle acted illegally and unethically with his

50:56

Feb 2023 edct or did he act ethically and legally albite distantly with the scope

51:02

of his authority given the SWA usfs wfs

51:08

and other within the SWA are under the rfds supervision on a fire sment will

51:13

they be forced to deal with this alleged Janice Janice faed individual the same

51:19

one that may have merely been adhering to their chain of command sheepishly relayed through the SWA steering
