4-5-22 5:17pm: I am in the AFUE file today, Fred. Check your email for any "smoking gun" information ... if it is found---I will send it to you. You can be the one to release any crucial data I find in files for AFUE since you sued for all that area to the Ninth Circuit. My goal is just to show I own it --- and that it is heavily been modified and why??? I can see having original than modifying to cut out squelching and pauses. This has been a joke reviewing it all.
