Also on the YCSO body cam Basden states he takes photos of the new owner's land and at some point, he will learn his areas he has some cameras is illegal since he does not have the legal Arizona Stat sign up. Why Basden are you being so invasive to the new owner's land?

( YCSO Sgt Ashby being partial along with Helms / Basden / Sandifur ) are currently trying to summons me to cite me and on others posts is all that evidence showing that immature manners of all of them on a squirrely area that even on YCSO body cam Lee Helm is even confused in showing YCSO Sgt Ashby the property lines so right there it obvious they are doing their best to create narratives - yet I did not with knowing or intent go on that corner and place our signs--- just a bullshit what they are doing-
Also 9-24-21 we learned even to the left where Fred originally told me it was their area-- a squirrely section belongs to the Helms- stay off the LEFT side of the easement.

Looks great. Looks like someone put it up with Project 10&18 United - Project 10&18 International Property's interest because of the direction of the barbed wire. None of us did this. Yet Lee Helm admits he did on video. He said it cost him $4.50 a foot.

Sgt Ashby needs to learn that one is not to rely on the county maps for court matters to fit your narrative- use the legal surveyor maps please- see:

You can pretty much see the boundaries back there yet not yet fenced off.
Besides the cameras with "black box" technology that alert us when someone is on the land - we also have a "tracking of foot" file too. I watch it all "live" as it happens. See:

You can kinda figure without fencing- just refrain from going past that area where the sign is and you are okay.
On April 11, 2021 the neighboring property stated he has had too many trespassers over time on his land and neighboring areas. Our hope by beginning to create proper boundaries and "No Trespassing" signs that we can reduce the amount to zero so that the neighbors can finally have their privacy back.
However, they (Helms / Basden / Sandifur) in PRR and FOIAs have told lies and defamation and created this behind the scene chaos - that is on them - all I do is place out the documented facts. Let the Public at Large make their own assessments from the documents shown publicly. View from one part of the new owner's land:

As you heard on the recording Super Dave thought the County person was a guy---uh, nope---look at Figure 31.
So you can see we only did the cameras on the property because we have had neighboring folks take "live" camera shots and videos from their porch most every time we go there to the property and when we are there, they aimed their game trail cameras at the entrance of the electric gate (not their land in site of camera) as well as the part where the easement meets the BSR [Helm's property] which Super Dave claims it is his camera on the Helms and there is this camera going off all the time. They are just wasting their SD card space on us and squirrels that adore me and lizards. That is about it and on windy days maybe the brush blowing. I watch the squirrel do tricks while I am there.
We refuse to enter their property. They have been extreme in their "un-neighborly" manners even to the point to involve high up Officials too to meet their agenda(s). Really? Here is the camera they likely think is hidden but very easy to see you are trying to document all our moves on land they do not own. I can see if they aimed it on their land but they aimed it towards our land. ??? I reckon they are probably some pieces of the easement is their claim--- who knows...their manners have been inappropriate and only reason it went to the public at large because there is a current stance to cite me for trespassing and their lies and defamations. ??? What??? Why???

Seems odd if you are trying to catch "trespassers" like one claimed April 11th, 2021 then why not have your cameras angled at your own land. ??? Seems they covered aiming all their cameras towards the Project 10&18 United - Project 10&18 International Property ??? Even the entrance to the land their camera aimed to every person entering ???
See the entrance- that is not our camera - that is the nuisance Basden / Sandifur and every person who enters our land - they document you...why ??? see:

Eventually we will put shade privacy screens up right on our land that blocks these dumb cameras line of site of these nuisance invasive folks.

See, we share to our people who go on the land where our cameras are located and have the legal Arizona Stat signs - where are the Helms / Basden / Sandifur legal notice they are taking photos of us on new owner's land?
They are intentionally being thorns and nuisances. I find their manners very poor.

The little white sign does not belong to the new owners- that belongs to the Helm the one about shooting--- not ours.
Our cameras allow us to get real time shots on top of the ones when someone passes by them and if someone tries to steal them- the photo of them stealing it - goes to the "cloud" so we know every angle now of the property. Even threw some dummy cameras so one thinks they are on camera but are you? Just stay off the land and you will refrain from being arrested. Some of our cameras are so tiny you will be looking at one when another got you. Ask Sonny, if there is one thing I can do - it is "tracking" and catching people who do not belong on the land. See:

In closing, since April 2021, we are seeing very slow progress and there has been official meetings with Oberg and the Developmental Services.
There is not any area to our journey that is sneaky or shady as you see stated on the YCSO body cam who talk trash in regards to me and the new land's intent.
Those people have been proven on my blog to be liars and lie, lie, lie --- probably a hobby of theirs. Refrain world from listening to the trash talk of Helms / Basden / Sandifur / Sgt Ashby and just contact us- nothing we are doing is to be hidden as it is implied on the YCSO body cam.
