I WOULD AVOID LABELLING THE MOST DOCUMENTED YARNELL HILL FIRE 2013 PUBLIC RECORDS REQUESTER AND ALSO WAS WITH THE GRANITE MOUNTAIN HOTSHOTS JUNE 30, 2013, AND LIVED AND DOES MY BEST TO GET THE DOCUMENTED FACTS OUT TO THE PUBLIC AT LARGE ---

SO, WE ALL CAN MAKE A PURE PROPER ASSESSMENT.

  • I was making a Public Records Request on 2023 Current Master Records for City of Prescott and again requested historical permanent information on the TRADE NAME: GRANITE MOUNTAIN HOTSHOT / GRANITE MOUNTAIN INTERAGENCY HOTSHOT that was just purchased 6-27-23 as a NAME RESERVATION with Letter of Intent- DBA. I wanted to get what they have stored for that area, 10 years later. I then noticed I am having public records just closed never alerting me by email. Seems weird. So, today I am gonna pause "saving the posts" to then call WIX about glitches and "focus" just to the past PRRs that were closed without letting me know and place it here...

I find it very disingenuous and unprofessional. Maybe someday a higher authority who can see how things go when asking for records will help out...besides me becoming a target as I saw last Summer 2023.

Public Records should be transparent and available when requested.

Request: I am doing my Executive Summary for my file City of Prescott Yarnell Hill Fire 2013 /2016, - Indian Fire / Etc. and other Significant Wildland Fires and in review I would appreciate it if you did not come back and close this request or state duplicate. You can itemize coming back that this was fulfilled in such and such request number but I want to have ONE formal Public Records Request (PRR) with it all in one request. The goal of this request is to make sure I went over the paper trail and make sure we addressed the areas that would be considered Permanent records and if you gave me everything you have and if any was transferred anywhere to allow me the name of location so I can access the records and if destroyed the form showing it was destroyed. I added the highlight with question mark on below image based on NOTE TO SELF to see if this man is related in anyway to the lawyer who represented the homeowners of Yarnell Fire 2013 and Marcia McKee's case...shows Thomas KNAPP and the lawyer was Craig Knapp so I want to make sure to note it and come back later to it.

7-12-23 I am looking at this closed request (September 21, 2022, 9:07am by Jennifer Wiita, Deputy City Clerk (Staff)) that I was never notified it was closed just now at 10:55am was looking at records after I submitted a few and saw this for first time just now:

why would my email to Yarnell FD be in City of Prescott records? Interesting.

Chief Dennis Light, after reading this down below- I can state where has any entity been fully transparent to the woman who almost died June 30, 2013, but 19 did die--- I will continue to request records until the swiss cheese area is filled in...like for instance, City of Prescott did not alert me this PRR was completed and closed. I refuse to apologize when I had a Prescott FF correspond with me...then I was in Costa Mesa, CA when I was alerted the kid committed suicide.

Sir, I know much more than I speak. I own much more records than possibly any human being can fathom on the Yarnell Hill Fire 2013, and in all that documentation I can firmly state zero entities have been fully forthcoming and especially when one reads Yavapai County Sheriff's Office inventory list of Yarnell Hill Fire 2013, and the paper trail stops there - where it should have led me next to the medical examiner's office. ???? So, spare me the adding of my name to your Council Report in 2021.

July 2013, Sonny and I were right here after the guidance of Daily Courier Journalist Reporter Joanna Dodder Nellans said you need to share your fire pics to this location. Especially the ones of the Granite Mountain Hotshots.

Public at Large, for the record this location (image below) had us waiting so long and at one point when we went to walk away and get in the car, the lady said ok, we will do it your way. You see, this location wanted me to hand over my original SD card and I said the only way I would share it as it breaks down the originals was let them take pics or I use their laptop and thumb drive and store a copy, but no way were they getting my originals. It made us wonder how many others they did this to- take the originals. We know of a few who because of this fire that it did happen to...
